Week-ly Top 3
(with a humble brag)
FIRST LISTING IN HIGHLAND PARK, ON MY STREEEET!
I’m super proud of this one. It was previously listed by an out of town agent. He didn’t communicate with the sellers, he didn’t move them out/paint and wasn’t serving them well. I KNOCKED on their door, offered to help guide them and after more time they asked to switch to working with me!
I held 7 open houses with fresh baked cookies from Natalie, I mailed 1,000 fliers, I door knocked on 500 houses and passed out fliers on York and I’m pleased to say…we got this baby SOLD!
I’m so happy I was able to get the clients an amazing price and they can now retire comfortably!
748 Echo Park Terrace- the buyer is ANOTHER client of mine! I don’t want to be braggy but for anyone who knows about real estate, the market is SUPER tough right now. So, as my friends, I’m in two escrows, and I’m pumped about it!
Here’s why I love this house. This house is a HOME. Lovingly lived in since 2011. The couple got married in the backyard. Every modification and fix was done with care and love.
LOCATION, it’s on a small street on the hill above Echo Park Lake right between Echo Park Ave and Kensington so the views are STUNNING!
479 Dustin Dr- built in 1962 in Mt Washington, this post and beam mid-century modern classic home sits on a hill with a gorgeous view! The home is inviting and warm and in no way stiff or cold like some can be.
This one isn’t being bought or sold my a client of mine but if COULD BE!
If you ever want to come house shopping with me, please don’t hesitate to reach out…

Nice job!
